We are a group of transplants to HK that learned to love shochu during our time in Hong Kong, sparse though its shochu offerings are. We hate that shochu never gets the credit it deserves, and wanted to create a site that has all the basic information on shochu, but adds Hong Kong specific detail. It’s a constant work in progress, but we hope it’s helpful.
